Shipping, Delivery & Return Information
SMASHProps are delicate, they’re built that way to be safe. Shipping these extremely fragile items are a considerable challenge. Because of the nature of these products, there are a few things that you should know when purchasing SMASHProps and having your items shipped.
We ship via US Postal Service and FedEx. We do not ship via UPS.
IF YOUR ORDER IS TIME SENSITIVE: Please contact us about your order. We’ll let you know the manufacturing turn-around time, and from there, you can make the appropriate shipping selection to make sure your SMASHProps get to you in time.
Once the package leaves our location we cannot be held responsible for damage that occurs to these props.
The shipping costs that are charged by our automated system are an approximate charge. We reserve the right to contact you to obtain additional fees to cover additional actual shipping charges should your order require it. Conversely, if you were charged too much by our system and we are able to package and ship much cheaper, we’ll refund part of your charged amount once the shipment has cleared.
Keep in mind, a portion of the shipping charges include the cost for the boxes and cushioning material that are used to secure the products. We use a great deal of material for these and that makes up a great deal of the shipping cost.
Large orders will often be shipped out in multiple packages, to protect the contents and reduce costs. Orders of more than 12 units, may be shipped as they are completed, (multiple boxes spread over a few days.)
Tracking Information, is available for Domestic Shipments Only. Once the package leaves the US, we cannot track your package. If you wish to track your domestic package, please email us, and we’ll send you the tracking details as soon as your package has been sent.
If your SMASHProps arrive broken, please contact us as soon as possible, we’ll assist you with placing a claim with the carrier. Preserve the box, products and materials as they will need to be inspects and likely surrendered to the carrier in order to issue a credit.
For your online order, shipping costs will automatically calculated based on your order details, and shipping method selected. If you require additional shipping requirements, see below.
If your order is needed for a time-sensitive production date, please contact us. Many items are made to order and make take a few days prior to being shipped. Coordinate with us to insure on-time delivery of your SMASHProp Products.
SMASHProps Personal Delivery
We offer a door to door personal delivery option for your crucial orders. We guarantee that your items will arrive in perfect, unbroken condition, ready for you to well, uh, break. Poetic? No not really.

These are guidelines, actual shipping price will vary and are subject to availability and rates may change without notice.
NRP/SMASHProps does not guarantee or provide refunds for any product sold on this site. If your SMASHProps arrive damaged or broken, please review the instructions in the Shipping Policy. If you wish to cancel an order placed with SMASHprops, we will honor the cancellation only if: 1. We have not already begun to build your order, 2. We have not shipped the order out. We may retain a 15% fee to cover transactional expenses and personnel time.
